In our 4 weeks together we will dive into the wisdom of the elements, shamanic ceremony, yoga and meditation to help you deepen your spiritual practice and find inspiration and depth in your everyday life and in your yoga practice. Dive into the magic of shamanic yoga and change the way you practice yoga and see the elements, that we are made of.
The Elemental Yoga Experience will help you deepen your spiritual practice and inspire you to add new elements to your own yoga practice and yoga classes. In our four weeks together we will dive deep into the wisdom of the elements, deepen your meditation practice and have you enjoy several sacred ceremonies and sound healings. This online course is designed to fit into everyone's daily life, as it contains life yoga classes as well as prerecorded content for you to enjoy whenever is right for you.
*for the Elemental Yoga Experience you do not have to have much yoga experience, nor be a yoga teacher*
